Some of the newly designed Transpac cases (shipped October/November 2007) have substandard handle assemblies which has resulted in the handle separating from the case on some cases. We regret this situation and have corrected the problem for all cases leaving our warehouse after November 15, 2007.
Photoflex will remedy this problem for all new Transpac case owners who have either experienced a handle separation or wish to prevent a potential handle separation.

As is the industry standard for these types of cases, Transpacs are not ATA (Air Transport Association) rated. However, use for air travel is acceptable with common and prudent packing practices.
