There only seems to be a couple of beauty dishes designed specifically for small flash and typically they are only about 6-9” in diameter; and require poorly designed adapters that fit only a small range of flash models. Consequently if you have more than one type speedlight (e.g. SB-700/SB-910 in my case) then you need to purchase additional adapters . . . most of which seem very hooky.

I would like to see something with a 12-15” diameter that would use the Adjustable ShoeMount 2 mounting bracket.

Available options should include both a fabric diffuser and a grid.

[Obviously it would be really great if Photoflex would select me as one of the field testers!]

Love and use the Multi-disk as a light reflector and modifier but really have a need for a small portable background backdrop for macro and close-up work. Making the Multi-Disk a true Multi-Function System, try adding a four-sided pastel colored cover that fits Multi-Disk frame, and then can be used as a backdrop. It would give macro and close-up photographers one more reason to buy Photoflex products. How great is that! In addition, really have a one-up on Westcott’s X-Drop Background kit.
