Jay P. Morgan: The Basics of a One Light Setup

In this Slanted Lens video, Jay P. Morgan demonstrates the basic principles and techniques for lighting dynamic indoor portraits. But rather than shooting stills, Jay P. shot video with the Canon 1DC and pulled high resolution still frames for the footage afterward. This meant, of course, that he needed to use continuous soft  lighting, as opposed to strobes. And to give that lighting an elegant look, he oped for Photoflex modifers, naturally.
