Born and raised in Bonn, Germany, Benedikt Frings-Ness began his career by working with several international commercial photographers after finishing an apprenticeship as a professional photographer. During this time, he developed both his own photographic style, as well as his fondness for teaching photography in theory and practice to both professionals and non-professionals.

Today, he is an established commercial photographer with his own studio and spends the majority of his time shooting campains for national and international companies. Additionally, Frings-Ness lectures at German universities and is a certified trainer for both Apple and Nikon.
