Terrence Taylor’s childhood obsession with his Fischer Price toy camera led him to lifetime of eclectic photography. Obtaining his photographic skills through self-study, Sacramento City College Photographic program and California College of the Arts, he has developed an eye towards portraiture and documentarian style. He founded SE Photography & Imaging in 2002 to give himself a presence in the greater San Francisco Bay Area. Photographers Chris Johnson, Bruce Smith, Catherine Karnow and Shelah Osbrink have directly influenced him over the years. Taking inspiration from the people, art and objects around him, he strives to create photos that evoke emotion from the viewer.

Terrence uses a wide range of tools to capture and manipulate his images including Photoflex lighting equipment, Nikon cameras, Apple hardware and software and Adobe software.
