Photoflex and its participating dealers offer a 30-day trial period on all of our products (US only). We don't want anyone to be unhappy with a purchase, so we encourage you to try it out...if, for any reason, you're not satisfied, just return the product within 30 days for a full refund or exchange it for something else!

We don't manufacture products we don't use ourselves. All Photoflex products are rigorously tested for strength, efficiency, and durability right here in our own photo studio. Our product warranties are the highest in the industry. We always stand behind our products.

Technical Support

We offer product and photographic tech support to all our customers. If you contact our tech support department you can talk with someone who actually uses the products (which is not always the case with other manufacturers).
